This project consisted of removing 8,000 sq. ft of the existing membrane and replacing it with new. This job also had a rooftop garden with roughly 4’ of dirt that had to be removed in order to install the new roof.
This project was 73,000 sq. ft of the removal of the existing membrane and drainage saddles, and the installation of new saddles (to make the water drain properly) and new membrane. This facility houses several residents and equipment and is one of many roof roofs we have done over the last 30 years for Greencroft.
This project consisted of 22,000 sq. ft of complete tear off of the existing roofing and insulation and the installation of new gutters and downspouts. As you can see, there were several different roofs that this project had, which included a lot of time and detail to complete.
