This project consisted of removing 8,000 sq. ft of the existing membrane and replacing it with new. This job also had a rooftop garden with roughly 4’ of dirt that had to be removed in order to install the new roof.
We also installed new coping around the entire restaurant. Restaurants usually have a good amount of rooftop units, and this one wasn’t any different. It had several vents, units, and pipes that had to be flashed. This project showed a variety of different aspects of what we can do on a roof.
